The St. Jude Catholic School Council is an advisory organization whose purpose is to assist the Pastor and principal of St. Jude.

The Council is designed to function in a consultative capacity providing goals and oversight to carry out strategic planning in areas of:
A. Catholic Identity

B. Academics

C. Planning/Policy Development

D. Finance

E. Public Relations/Communication

F. Evaluation

G. Any duties delegated by the Administrative Team (Pastor and Principal)

Its members consist of nine members that include the administrative team (Pastor and Principal), President, Vice-President, Secretary, President of the Parent Teacher Organization, and three at large members. The council meets monthly during the school year. Members have two-year terms to ensure both continuity and generation of fresh ideas, opinions, and viewpoints.
