Field Trip rescheduled

Due to the weather (it's just down right to nasty to go) our field trip will be next Friday the 28th.  We will have class as usual 8-11

Thank You

Ms. Seely

Friday 21st Field Trip

If it is down pouring, we will have class as usual.  However, both classes will still come in the morning 8-11. This will give them a chance to make new friends, and those who will stay here for kindergarten, an opportunity to play together.

If it is hit or miss, we will still go.  Please bundle your child up.

Welcome Back from Spring Break

I hope everyone had a blessed break.

We are in the last few weeks of school.  It amazes me every year how quickly the year goes.

We will continue to talk about Lent, and the kind things we are doing for others. We will be going over to the church the week of Easter, to go through the stations of the cross.  This is something we will do when there is no one else in the church.  It is truly an amazing experience for them.

We will finish up our letter of the week the week of 3/27.  We will review each day, and we will continue to blend sounds.

April 12th and 13th will be egg-dying with mom (or that special someone). It will be the last hour of your childs class. Please look for notes to come home.

There will be NO SCHOOL Holy Friday and Easter Monday (April 14th and 17th)

We will be taking a field trip to Tanganyika on Thursday 20th and Friday the 21st. The a.m. and p.m.  pre-k class will all be going in the morning.  Please look for the permission slip to be coming home.

Looking WAY ahead.  Our last days of school will be Thursday May 18th and Friday May 19th.

Thank you for sharing your little one with me!  I am truly blessed.

Ms. Seely

March

We just finished up an exciting week of Dr. Seuss activities.  The kiddos worked hard on rhyming, please continue to do this at home.

We will continue to talk daily about Almsgiving and what it means to be kind and helpful to others.  Each day they have to tell me something that they did to help someone else.  This is what we have decided to do during the lent season.

Coming up on March 17th will be the kindergarten screening.  Your child was sent home with a reminder note of your screening time.  Please be prompt, as it is a very tight schedule.

NO SCHOOL March 17th, because of screening.

March 20-24 is Spring Break.

April 12th and 13th we will be doing Egg Dying with Mom (or that special someone).  Notes will go home about this in the next couple of weeks.

NO SCHOOL

April 14th - Good Friday

April 17th - Easter Monday

The rest of the year will fly by.  I am truly blessed to be part of your childs life.
